In the framework of the PREDICT project, many interactive activities will be organised which will serve the following objectives:
01. They will enable several strategies for project dissemination and exploitation.
02. They will raise awareness in the main topics the project covers, contributing to the sustainability of the VET actions implemented throughout the project.
03. They will allow the participation of other players and interested parties to extend the project outreach and enrich its sustainability towards other target groups, organizations, or stakeholders.
04. They will create synergies between local, regional, national, and European communities, stimulating the importance of addressing the project needs (digital readiness and reskilling of VET target groups) in different community sectors.
These specific objectives will contribute to the widespread exploitation and sustainability of the project.
The present plan constitutes a guide to the dissemination and communication strategies that partners can undertake to promote the project.
The multiplier event on “Digital Literacies in Higher Education” took place in IP Santarem, on May 18 2023.
The event focused on the importance of developing digital skills of higher education students for their inclusion in the labour market. Post-graduate programmes as well as PhD degrees focusing on digital domains were also presented to the participants.
The conference took place in IP Santarem, on October 1-2, 2023, and aimed at fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange across four key scientific domains: Life and Health Sciences, Natural and Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, and Exact and Engineering Sciences.
The conference sought to bridge the gap between research and practical applications by facilitating the transfer of knowledge to the business community and society, highlighting the real-world impact of research findings.
Moreover, the conference encouraged student participation in scientific activities, providing them with valuable opportunities to present their research and enhance their academic and professional development.
The first VET Summit took place in Tallin, Estonia, on 14-15 May 2024, and it focused on AI, Digital Skills and the Future of VET.
During the Summit, experts and practicioners discussed about the challenges and opportunities of AI and digital technologies for VET and adult learning. they also shared insights and experiences from the PREDICT project about innovative and tailored solutions, tools & adapted curricula on digital skills.

The second VET Summit will take place in Portugal, on June 23-24, and it will concern the future of jobs and the importance of reskilling.

The first VET Course took place in Piraeus, Greece, from 18 to 22 September 2023 and it was addressed to trainers. The topic of the course was the use of artificial intelligence in VET education and, in particular, of ChatGPT.
During the course, both the benefits and challenges arising from the emergence of AI in humanity were presented. In addition, some methodological and pedagogical guidelines involving the use of new digital technologies, such as AR and 3D, were introduced as outcomes of the project.
The event managed to gather 12 participants in total.
The VET Course for students took place in Bucharest, Romania from 30 October to 3 November 2023 and it was addressed to VET students.
During this five-day training, the VET students learned how to conduct research through the use of digital tools and, together with the speakers, they talked about work-life balance. In addition, they were invited to create their CVs accompanied by a motivational letter which were later evaluated by expert consultants.
The event managed to gather 20 participants in total.
